The Cascades Barrandov residential project boasts a great location just a short walk from one of Prague's most beautiful parks - Prokop Valley, while the city centre can be reached within 15 minutes by the adjacent public transport. In between the phases of the project, a large square is also being created, which will offer residents a wide range of shops, restaurants and other services.
The construction work, which was started in May 2024 by the team of project manager Michal Georgián and chief construction manager Jaroslav Bastl from the Building Branch Bohemia, includes the construction of 4 residential buildings (M, P, O, N). The buildings will reach 5-6 storeys in height, all of them will have 2 underground floors for garage purposes. We started the construction of each building in turn - the foundation stone of buildings M and P was laid in May, followed by buildings O and N in August.
