Soon, mornings on the Holešovice waterfront will be brightened by a fresh and exquisite taste. Skanska's Port7 mixed-use project welcomes the eighth café of The Miners Coffee chain in Prague. The café will enrich the new social and business hub of Prague 7, marking another step in the transformation of a forgotten brownfield into a vibrant space for tenants, visitors, and locals. Thanks to this fusion of premium-designed spaces and quality coffee specialists, Port7 is an ideal place for work and relaxation as well.

Welcome The Minors Coffee

The Miners Coffee chain has chosen Port7 as the home for its latest café, occupying a cozy 220 sqm space right at the entrance to the Nádraží Holešovice station. This prime location makes it the perfect spot to dive into the lively atmosphere of Holešovice's new social and business hub.

Since their first café in 2019, The Miners Coffee has been selecting premium locations to offer a comfortable space for both work and relaxation. The concept of the Port7 project, developed by DAM.architekti studio, perfectly aligns with The Miners Coffee's vision of combining design and quality coffee.

"We are super excited at The Miners to participate in developing a new upcoming hype area of Prague at Port7 Holešovice. Besides opening our new coffee shop at the riverfront with vineyard views we will also be developing the space as The Miners new Head Office base. As we are growing our coffee shop network across Europe, we are also growing our core head office team. Many companies wish they could have a great coffee shop at their office. Well, we have a great office at our great coffee shop. Luckily Port7 residents and visitors will be able to share that benefit,” says Oldřich Valta, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of The Miners Coffee.

Located in Prague 7, between the Nádraží Holešovice railway and metro station and the Vltava River, Port7 is Skanska's latest mixed-use project and offers 36,000 square meters of premium sustainable office and retail spaces.

“The addition of the newest branch of the highest quality coffee chain in Prague is yet another statement of our intent to provide the best possible services to our tenants and all visitors to Port7. We did not just build an administrative center here. From the very beginning, our goal was to create a vibrant space where people feel comfortable - whether at work or in their free time,” says Iva Vařechová, Leasing Manager of Skanska’s Commercial Development business unit in the Czech Republic.

Port7 goes beyond offices and shops; it's a community hub with a 17,000 sqm public park, a new cycle path along the Vltava River, and an underpass providing the connection to Nádraží Holešovice. Skanska even added a community garden to enhance the sense of community.

As part of Skanska’s focus on sustainability, Port7 aims to achieve LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications as well as the WELL Health-Safety Rating, which reflects the need to protect the health of both tenants and visitors in the post-pandemic era.
