The project, situated in the center of the Pankrác business district, was a pioneer in environmentally sustainable development in the Czech Republic. It was the first to receive LEED certification at the highest possible Platinum level for Core & Shell, combined with LEED for Commercial Interior.

Location & Accesibility

The building is located in a prestigious neighborhood, yet close to the shopping center and city park.
The metro station and other public transit stops just a few minutes away on foot.
The project is also well connected to the road and highway network.

What makes the building unique

One of the first buildings in Czechia to receive LEED Platinum certification.
The design of the building is the work of the New York based architectural studio Richard Meier & Partners. The project was nominated for the Czech Architecture Award and Building of the Year.
The symbol of the building is a mature olive tree more than 10 meters tall, planted in the atrium in 2012.

Sustainability & Certification

It was the first project in CZ to be awarded the highest LEED Platinum certificate for Core & Shell, combined with the LEED Platinum certificate for Commercial Interior.

Innovations

The City Green Court building is equipped with a sophisticated lighting system, which automatically regulates artificial lighting in the interior via occupancy and daylight sensors.

It also regulates ventilation by monitoring the interior and exterior CO2 emissions.
