Projects in pipeline

The Key is our third project in the sought-after Prague business location Pankrác, after City Green Court and Parkview. It will grow between streets 5. května and Sdružení and will offer rooftop terraces with bars and sports facilities in addition to high-end offices.

Mercury, our third project in Holešovice district in Prague, located at Argentinská street. Until the new construction permits are obtained, existing administrative facility will be available for use.

In Prague's Radlice district, we are developing our first climate-neutral project Radlická. Our goal is to build an office building with a zero carbon footprint, which should be the first of its kind in Central Europe.
